Hope you're all well~ Just wanted to pop back today to share something! For the past few months, I've been part of Emma Cowling's Authentic Leadership programme, and as part of that she interviewed me about how we built our studio, Silent Games. I co-founded the studio with Joseph Rogers in 2018 and we've been building it since then! I'm hoping that it might be of interest to people and that it will help those who are currently in the early stages of founding their studios. It also has some info about Emma's programme which I highly recommend!
